We are not responsible for delays, extra costs or unsuitable product selection caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Some products or services may be customised or made to customer requirements. This may include bespoke display layouts, custom dimensions, custom mounting arrangements, custom branding or sponsor text, bespoke product configuration and special installation requirements.
Once bespoke or custom work has started, cancellation rights may be limited because the product or service is being made specifically for you.
For consumer customers, certain bespoke or personalised goods may be exempt from standard cancellation rights under UK consumer contract rules. You should confirm cancellation terms before approving a bespoke order.
Delivery times are estimates only unless we confirm a fixed delivery date in writing.
Delivery may be affected by product availability, supplier delays, custom work, courier or transport delays, weather, access restrictions, customer availability and installation scheduling.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the product passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the delivery address or collected by the customer.
Where installation is included or purchased separately, the customer must ensure:
Unless agreed in writing, installation does not include major electrical work, structural engineering work, groundworks, planning permission, scaffolding, specialist lifting equipment, removal of existing equipment or repair of unsafe walls, surfaces, brackets or structures.
If the site is not ready, unsafe or unsuitable, we may charge additional costs for delays, repeat visits, cancelled installation appointments or extra work.
The customer is responsible for choosing a suitable product, checking dimensions, confirming location and visibility requirements, ensuring internet availability where required, maintaining safe access, using the product correctly and reporting faults promptly.
For full scoreboard functionality, internet connectivity and third-party platform availability may be required. D2Display Ltd is not responsible for outages, changes or failures caused by internet providers, Play-Cricket or other third-party platforms.
Our products or services may rely on third-party services, software, platforms, hosting, payment processors, connectivity providers, messaging systems or sports data providers.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, software changes, platform compatibility changes, internet failures, mobile network issues, payment processor issues or data delays from third-party systems.
Warranty terms will be confirmed in the quotation, invoice or product documentation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, vandalism, unauthorised repair or modification, power supply issues, electrical surges, physical impact, normal wear and tear, third-party service failures, or damage caused by unsuitable site conditions.
Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photographs, video evidence, fault description and reasonable access for inspection.
Any extended warranty or add-on warranty must be agreed in writing.
We may provide support by email, phone, WhatsApp, remote guidance or site visit depending on the issue and service agreement.
Support may be chargeable if the product is outside warranty, the issue is caused by misuse, damage or third-party failure, the customer requests a site visit, the product was incorrectly installed by someone other than D2Display Ltd, the product has been modified without permission, or the issue is caused by internet, power, network or external platform problems.
Cancellation and return rights depend on whether you are buying as a business customer or consumer customer, and whether the product is standard, bespoke, customised or already installed.
For standard products, we will explain applicable cancellation and return rights before order confirmation where required.
For bespoke, customised or installed products, cancellation and return rights may be limited once work has started, materials have been ordered, customisation has begun or installation has taken place.
Customers should not assume they can cancel or return a product after order confirmation unless this has been agreed or is required by law.
If a product is faulty, you should contact us as soon as possible with your name, order or invoice number, product details, description of the fault, photos or video evidence where possible, and details of when the issue started.
We will assess the issue and advise whether repair, replacement, support or another remedy is appropriate.
